Who We Are
Dr. Katelyn Woods, DC – Co-Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Woods is a licensed chiropractor with advanced training in neurofunctional testing and traumatic brain injury evaluation. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic (2016) and her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science, with a concentration in Sports Medicine, from Colorado State University (2013). Over the past five years, she has evaluated more than 2,000 patients and performed over 10,000 individual diagnostic tests in collaboration with neurologists, medical doctors, and rehabilitation specialists. Her clinical expertise, attention to data accuracy, and compassionate approach ensure the highest standards of testing quality and patient care.
Hope Assurance Testing was born from both personal experience and faith. The name reflects a powerful truth found in Scripture: Romans 5:3-4 “Suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” Through trials and suffering, faith is tested and refined just as gold is refined by fire. Every patient we serve is often walking through one of the lowest seasons of their life. Our plan is to meet them where they are with compassion, understanding, and experience to help them find both physical and spiritual reassurance that healing is possible.
Our Neurodiagnostic Technology
RightEye Vision System is an FDA-cleared, computer-based eye-tracking platform that measures and analyzes eye movements to assess brain and visual function. Using advanced infrared sensors and proprietary software, RightEye tracks subtle, rapid eye movements that are invisible to the naked eye—helping us identify visual and neurological impairments that may result from concussion, traumatic brain injury (TBI), or other neurological conditions.
RightEye provides objective, quantifiable data on how a patient’s eyes and brain work together. Through its Dynamic Vision and Sensorimotor testing modules, it evaluates areas such as:

Balance and hand-eye coordination

The BTrackS™ Balance Tracking System is a portable, FDA-registered device that provides objective, science-based measurement of postural stability and balance performance. Using advanced force plate technology and standardized testing protocols, it quantifies even subtle balance impairments that can result from traumatic brain injury, concussion, vestibular dysfunction, or age-related decline.
Unlike subjective balance assessments, BTrackS™ delivers precise data in seconds, comparing results to large normative databases to identify deviations from expected performance. Each test produces clear, easy-to-interpret reports for use in clinical documentation, injury claims, or progress tracking over time.

WAVi is an FDA cleared 20 lead electroencephalogram (EEG) device developed by Dr. David Oakley.
The WAVi measures brain function in REAL TIME! WAVi is a multifaceted brain performance assessment tool designed to measure brain health and track its changes over time. WAVi tests provide objective measures of brain response, physical response and cognitive function to provide a panoramic assessment of brain function. WAVi makes it possible to assess the imbalances in brain function associated with traumatic brain injuries including concussions, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, memory loss, cardiac conditions along with other challenges.
The Reflex Pupillary Light Reflex (PLR) Analyzer is a clinically validated tool designed to objectively measure and analyze the eye’s neurological response to light. Using high-speed infrared imaging and automated data analysis, Reflex provides quantitative insight into brainstem and autonomic nervous system function — critical indicators often affected by traumatic brain injury, concussion, or neurological disorders.
This FDA-cleared technology captures subtle variations in pupil size, reaction time, and constriction velocity that are often undetectable through manual assessment. Results are displayed instantly and benchmarked against established normative data, enabling precise documentation of neurological impairment or recovery.
