Dr. Katelyn Woods, DC – Co-Founder & Clinical Director

Dr. Woods is a licensed chiropractor with advanced training in neurofunctional testing and traumatic brain injury evaluation. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic (2016) and her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science, with a concentration in Sports Medicine, from Colorado State University (2013). Over the past five years, she has evaluated more than 2,000 patients and performed over 10,000 individual diagnostic tests in collaboration with neurologists, medical doctors, and rehabilitation specialists. Her clinical expertise, attention to data accuracy, and compassionate approach ensure the highest standards of testing quality and patient care.

Hope Assurance Testing was born from both personal experience and faith. The name reflects a powerful truth found in Scripture: Romans 5:3-4 “Suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” Through trials and suffering, faith is tested and refined just as gold is refined by fire. Every patient we serve is often walking through one of the lowest seasons of their life. Our plan is to meet them where they are with compassion, understanding, and experience to help them find both physical and spiritual reassurance that healing is possible.
